Let’s be clear, cupcakes are not mini-cakes, they are something else entirely! At Holy Cow, Cupcakes! with over 20 tantalizing flavors, we can prove it! Our cupcakes are baked fresh to every order and made in small batches to provide the best flavor and texture possible. Our cupcakes are made with the finest ingredients and we use local resources where available. These ingredients include: fresh sweet cream, whole milk (from cows using no antibiotics), pure Madagascar vanilla, Belgian chocolate, locally grown produce, and organically grown citrus. All Holy Cow, Cupcakes! are iced by hand and topped with a wide variety of sprinkles or sugar decorations and be customized to any monogram. All of our cupcakes go from oven to customer while never being frozen. My Mom, Dad and Grandmothers are the inspiration from which Holy Cow, Cupcakes! bloomed. I was propped up against a kitchen counter to help before I could say my ABCs. My husband and I began Holy Cow, Cupcakes!, Carmel’s first cupcakery, as a homage to them. I hope to continue their legacy with the making of simple, delicious cupcakes that are a part of your lives as they have been part of mine.
