Indiana wedding professionals who are interested in participating in the Summer Bridal Show are invited to reserve their booth online! Only three wedding professionals per category are allowed into this show, with the exception of the sponsor's categories and catering. Up to four caterers will be allowed into the Summer Bridal Show to accommodate food and beverage needs of the attendees. The florist, photography, honeymoon/destination wedding & north side wedding & reception venue categories are filled exclusively by the sponsors of the event.
The Summer Bridal Show Sponsors have used the following successful marketing strategies to promote their previous successful events: mailed invitations, mass e-mails, media contacts, press releases, vendor promotions, search engine marketing & inbound website links. Our previous shows have had up to 800-1000 people in attendance, with about 300-400 bridal leads on the leads list. (Each bride typically brings 1-2 people with her) Our shows have exposed the participating vendors to new friendships and networking opportunities among the other businesses participating in the event. The shows have been featured in the Hamilton County section of the Indianapolis Star and online community calendars which directs additional traffic to the website and to the bridal show.
Our goal is to provide wedding professionals with an option to participate in a smaller, elegant, more intimate bridal show where one-on-one attention can be given to each bride in order to make the show more profitable for the participants and more personalized for the attendees. Many of our previous show participants have been so successful with this approach that many of them participate in our shows every year now! Our previous shows have always had a long waiting list of vendors who want to participate. Since we have limited space, we have to turn away many businesses who want to participate if they wait too long to register, so don't delay, reserve your booth space today!
